Your phone rings at 2am and nobody answers it.
By morning that caller has hired somebody else, and you will never know it happened — there is no report for the job you didn't get. So put your own numbers in and watch the arithmetic. It takes twenty seconds and obligates you to nothing.
A live leak-check — about twenty seconds
Step one · what do you do?
Step two · three numbers, and you can change all of them
The first three are yours and the fourth is ours. It is the one to argue with — it is a starting guess, not a measurement, and the whole number below moves when you change it.
a year, on the four numbers above
This is arithmetic, not a measurement. Nothing here has been counted in your business, by us or by anyone. If you don't know how many go unanswered — most owners don't, because nothing writes it down — that gap is the finding, and it is the first thing worth fixing whether or not you ever hire anybody.
One more thing, and it takes ninety seconds
The number above is about the enquiries you never saw. There is a different question, and it catches a different kind of loss: what would your business forget if one person left tomorrow?
Six questions, a score, and the two worst answers named plainly — each with a fix you can do yourself this week for nothing. Nothing you type leaves your browser, and you can check that yourself with the network tab open.
What we build
AI employees that catch what a small business drops — the enquiry at 2am, the quote that never got followed up, the appointment that took four emails to book.
Who it's for
Owner-run businesses with a front desk and a phone: marketing agencies, law firms, insurance agencies, manufacturers, wholesalers, real estate. If you have staff and a phone that rings, this is built for you.
Healthcare and finance are deferred, not refused — we won't take work whose compliance we can't carry honestly yet.
How you'd know it's working
Every agent we run writes down what it did, when, and what came back. You can read that record without asking us. A dashboard only we can read is a dashboard that flatters us.
Why the calculator is at the top of the page
Anybody can tell you they will catch what your business drops. The calculator above is the only proof available before you hire someone: your numbers, our one assumption labelled as ours, and the arithmetic on screen where you can argue with it.
That is the pattern in everything we hand over. The assessment shows its working. The proposal prints the number we think you should plan on and the number we think is optimistic, and tells you which one to use. The document does the thing it is describing, while you are still deciding whether to believe us.

What does Hundredfold Systems actually do?
We build and run AI employees that catch what a small business drops — the enquiry at 2am, the quote that never got followed up, the appointment that took four emails to book. Every agent writes down what it did, when, and what came back, and you can read that record without asking us.
Do you have a case study in my trade?
No. We are early and we do not have a case study in your trade yet — if you need one, we don't have it, and you should hear that from us rather than find it out later. What we can show you is the system we built for ourselves and run our own company on, including the parts that broke and what we did about them.
Where does the number in your calculator come from?
Three of the four inputs are yours. The fourth — how many of the missed enquiries we catch would close — is ours, it is labelled as ours on the page, and it is the one to argue with. It is a starting guess, not a measurement, and the whole total moves when you change it. Nothing has been counted inside your business by us or by anyone.
Who is this not for?
Healthcare and finance are deferred, not refused — we won't take work whose compliance we can't carry honestly yet. Otherwise it is built for owner-run businesses with a front desk and a phone.
The fifteen minutes
Fifteen minutes on a call. No pitch and nothing to buy — bring your business and we'll find where it leaks. If the answer is "you don't need us," that's a fine outcome and you'll hear it.
