What we promise, and what we don't.
These terms cover using this website. The work itself is covered by a written agreement we sign with you — this page does not replace it and does not commit you to anything.
The number the calculator gives you is arithmetic, not a measurement, and not a promise. Three of its four inputs are yours. The fourth — how many intercepted enquiries would close — is our assumption, labelled as ours on the page, and it is a starting guess. Nothing has been counted inside your business by us or by anyone. Do not treat the result as a forecast, and do not make a financial decision on it alone.
Using this site
You may read it, use the calculator, and share it. Do not attack it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people, or copy it wholesale and present it as your own.
What we actually sell
We build and run software agents that handle enquiries, follow-up, quote drafting, intake and scheduling for small businesses. Scope, price and timing live in a written agreement, not here and not in a conversation.
Three things we commit to in writing when we work together
- A machine never commits you to a price. Quotes are drafted for you to approve or change. Nothing goes to your customer as a price until you say so.
- You can read what we did. Our agents record what they did, when, and what came back, and that record is available to you without asking us.
- We report our misses. Response-time reporting includes the ones we were slow on and the ones we missed.
What we do not promise
- No guaranteed results. No revenue figure, no recovery rate, no close rate. Any number you see on this site is either yours or is labelled as our assumption.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted service. We depend on third parties — phone carriers, email providers, hosting — and they have outages. So will we.
- Software makes mistakes. An agent will occasionally misread something. That is why the record exists and why a person approves anything that commits you.
- We are early. We do not have a case study in your trade. If that matters to you, it should, and you should weigh it.
Work we decline
Healthcare and finance are deferred, not refused. We will not take work whose regulatory obligations we cannot honestly carry yet. We will also decline work intended to deceive someone — fake reviews, impersonation, or messages designed to look like they came from a person who did not send them.
The 15-minute call
Free, and there is nothing to buy on it. If the answer is that you do not need us, you will hear that. Booking it creates no obligation on either side.
Your content and your customers' information
If we work together, your business's information stays yours. We handle it to do the job you hired us for and for nothing else. We do not use your customers' data to train anything, and we do not sell or share it. The written agreement says this in more detail, including what happens when we stop working together.
Liability, in plain words
The calculator is a starting point, not advice. Use it to decide whether this is worth a conversation — not to decide how much to spend. Before money moves, get a written quote. We are not liable for decisions made on its output, and this website is provided as-is.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid work is set in the agreement covering that work, not on this page.
Which law
South Carolina law, and the courts of South Carolina, unless our written agreement with you says otherwise.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
